Laura Pomfret is Co-Founder of Financielle and Mum of two and started the business 18 months ago whilst on maternity leave, starting out just as an Instagram page to share advice, the advice soon grew legs and became a product and along with Co-Founder Holly (also Mum of 2 kids) Laura has been building the business ever since. We also speak to Victoria Bond who having left gone on maternity leave following a long time in corporate life had a ' Life's too short' moment during the pandemic and set up Space HR - with two kids under 5 alongside her she shares her practical tips for committing to your role, creating boundaries, time blocking that diary and why telling yourself there's no Plan B is the best way to keep your business growing.
