My guest on this week’s episode is Toni Collis, the CEO of Collis-Holmes Innovations, an award-winning leader, International Keynote speaker, expert Consultant, Leadership Coach and a kindred spirits.  Toni began her career in supercomputing, a largely male-dominated field, and has worked ever since to help more women build careers, and move into leadership roles, in the world of technology.  Before leaving to create her own practice, Toni was a c-suite executive in a tech firm, so she really knows how challenging it is to grow a career in tech, and now she’s on a mission to assisting 2000 women into influential roles in tech boardrooms over the next 5 years. It’s a lofty goal, but if anyone can do it she can! Toni and I are passionate about so many of the same things that we can a great conversation, and I hope you enjoy it too!
