This weeks' podcast guest, Taya de Baat, is a born and raised Calgarian, wife, and mother of two miracle littles, Co-founder of Taylynn Business Solutions. Taya, is on a mission to support business owners on their journey to share their passion. With her background in management, marketing, and systemization, Taya and her team have helped many Canadian business owners design businesses that are streamlined and successful.

Taya literally grew up in business.  It all started as a teen, watching her Mom as a successful entrepreneur, before catching the entrepreneurial bug herself.  She soon joined her Mom as co-founder of Taylynn Business Solutions! The business has evolved from bookkeeping, layout and design, marketing, and now to business solutions – helping business owners with all the things they need.

As a family-owned business, including Taya’s Brother-In-Law, Taylynn Business Solutions have a unique business model. Taya believes that working with family is a given, and a real gift. Everyone has 'skin in the game'...more than the average business partnership. Boundaries, trust, and mutual respect of everyone’s unique skill sets are key parts of of their success. The three family members, along with their team of seven, are always asking the question “where can I help this business owner the most”?

Taya shares a lot of valuable information in this episode for business owners that are coming out of the "pivotal" year that 2020 was:

📌See every obstacle that was thrown (or will be) thrown your way as a learning opportunity; a way to evolve.

📌Recognize and focus on your specific zone of genius; you’ve got something that nobody else has!

📌Use a system – follow lists and checklists as much as possible.

📌Lastly, when you’re looking back on your business, focus on the growth you’ve had. On the things you have achieved... Too often business owners are looking at where they are or wish to be, instead of pausing to reflect on all that they have done so far.

You can find Taya on her website, Instagram, LinkedIn or Facebook for all your digital marketing, systemization, and bookkeeping needs.

SPECIAL OFFER: Taya is offering a social media audit and consultation ($250 value) to the first 25 people that share what they learned in this episode and tag her on social media!
