Brandy Payne is a champion for workplace mental health.  From her time as an Associate Minister of Health here in Alberta, and now in her own practice, she has focused on bringing mental health to the forefront for organizations, leaders and their teams.

It's Brandy's unique approach, that one size definitely does not fit all, that makes her unique as a workplace mental health consultant.  She is particularly passionate about helping those who are high-performing and don't respond to traditional programs and suggestions.  That's why she talks about "dodging" burnout and creates custom programs that are so impactful.

Brandy's also had an entrepreneurial journey of her own over the past few years, as she's build her practice after leaving government.  Her biggest win was really being able to hone in on what her clients really needed, where their real pain points were, so that she could really be of service.  Ironically, it's the pandemic, and the mental health fall-out, that's helped her build some very powerful and impactful programs. If you, or your team are looking for an exceptional workplace mental health consultant to support your team you can find Brandy on her website and LinkedIn where she always offers great content that I know you'd find valuable.--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/femalefounderfridays/message
