It goes without saying that one exciting way we seniors can keep growing and thriving is to broaden our horizons and explore the wonders of our planet through travel. Moreover, our worlds can expand even further if we choose to embark an adventure that challenges us physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Our guest, Suzanne Maggio, is one of our own, a baby boomer. In an effort to challenge herself and reinvigorate her life, Suzanne embarked on a solo journey to walk the El Camino de Santiago in Spain. In addition to challenging her physical endurance and strength, Suzanne learned many lessons along the way. She shares these and her remarkable adventure in her new book, Estrellas: Moments of Illumination Along El Camino De Santiago. Suzanne joins us to tell us all about it.

So, take a few minutes, listen to what Suzanne has to say, and then start packing your bags. It’s high time expand your own boundaries and explore the many exciting and life-enhancing adventures traveling can provide!
