This topic comes up pretty much every year, however, this year is a very different year because of the pandemic. In the past, our tips around not gaining weight have to do with how we best navigate parties, get togethers, and the food and alcohol that we're exposed to at these events that we may not usually be as exposed to.

This year, due to being in some sort of lock down or quasi-lock down situation, the weight gain has more to do with stress eating, boredom or just having more access to all these other foods because we're home a lot more. The tips and the topics are going to shift a little bit, depending on where you live and who's in your close inner circle where there may be some sort of get together.

I’ll be sharing tips that will really highlight both situations and something you can take in as we go into 2021. And hopefully things start to open up and we have more access to our villages as it becomes more safe to do so.
