As you Beauties know, the name of our podcast is the Feel Good podcast, so we're really about feeling good, connecting to our deepest self, which is what we define as true beauty. Letting this resonate through our lives, our relationships, the way we take care of our bodies, the way we eat, our emotional and mental health, and of course our spiritual growth.
It's not just to look good, but to feel good. That is the essence of true beauty. When we feel connected to ourselves, we feel more confident and are more magnetic. We can start to pull more in and attract more in, than feeling like we're pushing and pulling and struggling all the time.
When we start to look at wellness through that lens, we can start to really feel good, and when we feel good we resonate that and we do become more truly beautiful. Today we'll be focusing more on our food cornerstone and essential nutrients that will help us stay on track with our holistic lifestyle.
