I am so excited to share about this topic with you guys because back in 2015, I think around that year was when we started the podcast, and since then, emotional wellbeing has become such a big part of our philosophy.

It was a big part of my latest book, Recipes for Your Perfectly Imperfect Life. It's one of our Four Cornerstones, which are food, body, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual growth, and the more I've gone along in my wellness journey and as a wellness expert and teacher, I realize more and more how much our mental health and our emotional side does affect our bodies, our health, our hormones, our energy, so on and so forth, so we really do need to take this holistic approach.
