Why am I not booking weddings?

We have all been in that situation before. We get to a certain point in the year, and the bookings for the following year are not coming in as fast as we need them to. 2023 was a weird year. Coming off of the 2022 wedding boom, bookings seemed to be pretty dry industry wide, as we all started the year. Now that bookings are finally picking back up, what do you do if you still aren't booking the amount of weddings you need to?
