It's easy to dwell on the negative when you turn on the TV, listen to the radio, or visit your favorite news website. Bad news is all around us. Even when things are wonderful, the news tries to convince us that we're on the brink of disaster! You'll never switch on CNN, Fox News, or BBC and see the news anchor say "Go outside and enjoy the day. Things are going pretty well in the world. You don't have much to worry about."

In this episode, I discuss a different way to view the world when things are actually going poorly. I discuss what our roles as business owners can be, and ideas we can use to respond to the crisis we might be facing. This episode isn't about a specific crisis. As the world turns, we will always face a crisis, and this episode discusses what to do when that inevitably happens.
