Lighten Your Load: Mom Guilt

Mom Guilt is real and present in every mom’s life, but it doesn’t have to dominate our thoughts or dictate our decisions. We can learn to manage mom guilt, so that it doesn’t negatively impact how we parent moving forward. In this episode, we look at the difference between ACCURATE and ASSUMED guilt, helping us recognize accurate guilt from an actual mistake and assumed guilt from a situation or circumstance that isn’t an actual mistake.
