In this episode, I go over a very big struggle that I have had for as long as I can remember when it comes to doing everything or nothing at all.




This is a common mindset that many people get stuck in that holds them back from taking consistent action to get to their goals. Thoughts that make you believe that if you can't do as much as you think you should then there's no reason to put forth any effort at all.




This is an unhelpful distortion of reality, one that I often compared to my clients that if they kept that same logic for the people they cared about, they would deprive them of so much from their lives.




Just because it's easier for ourselves to believe this way of thinking, doesn't mean it's fair to keep it.




So I hoped to share the perspectives and some tips and tricks to get yourself out of this patter and find that something small is better than nothing at all.
