In this episode, I go over the 3 most common things that a lot of the people I've worked with, find a way to get in the way of their own progress.




On paper, the process of losing weight is pretty simple. What complicates it are our lives, perspectives, and past experiences.




If you have a history of failing or things not going your way, a lot of the time you can develop a very impatient or unrealistic mentality. Creating a thought that things have to go perfectly well, life has to align just right even though it never does, and results need to come as fast as you want them to.




Unfortunately, things don't ever go that way and we're doomed to repeat that pattern over and over again continuing to hurt our physical and mental health over the long run.




My goal is to stop this pattern for you because I've been in that pattern many times and I still have to work my way out of it every now and again. But when you do work your way out, it is very freeing and you get to see how simple your journey really can be.
