In this episode, I am joined by business owner and fellow coach Larissa Perales and after a brief introduction from her we dive deep into what it takes to transform your physical results without making your life miserable.




It's quite simpler than you realize when you understand what you truly want and you focus on the true things you value on your journey instead of one simple focus. The 2 lessons can be applied to anyone anywhere they're at in this process and we hope it provides some awesome clarity for you.




On the back end of this episode, we discuss a big problem with the fitness and nutrition industry and a lot of it stems from preconceived notions of what a nutrition coach does. Our goal is to change the space by showing that a coach is so much more than someone that just helps you lose weight. Losing weight is a great goal, but our duty is to give you the tools and understanding to sustain those results for long run.
