In this episode, I speak with Natalie Dabscheck. 

A leader in the industry, becoming the founder and creative director of Australian fashion brand MOS the Label wasn’t so much a choice as Natalie’s destiny with over 20 years’ experience in the fashion industry. A female owned and led business, MOS the Label was created in Sydney, near the beaches of Bondi by founder & mother, Natalie Dabscheck.

Natalie envisioned a brand for women like her - crafting feminine pieces with a relaxed approach for real women to celebrate life. Evolving out of local label, Bebe Sydney, to now offer their own unique take on modern bohemian luxe whilst remaining true to their commitment to a future of natural fabrications, thoughtful design transcending seasons, and being a part of each stage of a woman's life.

With Natalie at the helm, as creative director for two decades, Natalie has led a team of artists and designers, managed the vision of the brand, and developed innovative strategies to drive growth. Contributing to the Australian fashion landscape and supporting the incredible women that make up the brand to what it is today.
