Daily Fantasy Quickie (March 12, 2021) - Anthony Davis close to returning? Must-add or monitor G-League call-ups.

Anthony Davis, as reported, will be re-evaluated tomorrow and from the looks of things, he is well within his 4-week timeline. This could be the good news his owners want. Best case scenario, he could be ready to return next week. So congratulations if you survived the 3-week AD-less matchups. Another good news is that Caris Levert is said to be practicing already in practices so he could also be very close to returning.

The topic many would be quite interested in would be the waiver pickup recommendations. With the sudden emergence (though we told you to pick him up about two weeks ago) of Kevin Porter Jr., and a number of G-League call ups, who are others who should be monitored? Porter Jr was able to get minutes with Houston today because John Wall sat out and Eric Gordon got injured (again!). And as mentioned by Commish Eric in past quickies, Porter Jr. has improved assists rate, which he proved today by dishing out 10 dimes.
