Flying ace and Topgun pilot, instructor and all around man's man, Commander Guy M. Snodgrass has written a new book entitled TOPGUN'S TOP 10: Leadership Lessons from the Cockpit. Commander Snodgrass is not only a pilot but has worked as former Director of Communications and Chief Speechwriter to former Secretary of Defense James Mattis.

We spoke with Commander Snodgrass about a couple of lesson's from his book, which is harder, being in a dog fight or raising children and if he was willing to give us his reaction in at a future date for the sequel to the 1986 Tom Cruise classic, Top Gun, entitled Top Gun: Maverick.
