Hellllloooo friends! On today's episode we discuss Midsommar, the sophomore feature from Ari Aster, director of Hereditary. Set almost entirely in the daylight, during a Swedish Pagan festival fuelled by psychedelic drugs, this is not your average horror film. Aster explores the complex and painful way's that relationships can crumble, as the world around the protagonists proves to be not as it first seemed.
Additionally, we discuss the pro's and con's of Disney's recent string of updated versions of their classic films.
