On this episode, Chris is joined by Louis Brown, Executive Director of Christ Medicus, an organization focused on sharing Jesus Christ’s healing love in health care, building authentically Catholic health care, defending life and religious freedom, and protecting the poor and vulnerable. Louis and Chris discuss Christian identity in a time of challenge and conflict; the vital need to defend the right of medical conscience and religious freedom for doctors, nurses, patients, and consumers; and the importance of faith-based medical care particularly for the materially impoverished and vulnerable. As Louis describes, the right of conscience is a fundamental civil right.
