Many are trying to find their destiny in God by following the principles in the Bible -- by becoming scholars of the Scriptures. While studying the Bible is important to our Christian faith, sadly in an attempt to know what God has said, we've neglected to hear what He is saying. The Bible was never intended to trump the voice of God. Jesus said, "My sheep HEAR my voice and I know them, and they follow me" (John 10:37). The Word of God is like a guardrail that keeps us on the road, but the voice of God is what moves us and guides us to our destiny.
