Vegas Eatery ’MeDiet Cafe’ Uses Simple Ingredients To Create Monumental Change!

Markie Henderson is the co-owner of MeDiet Café, a unique plant-based eatery in the heart of sunny Las Vegas. Her father & ‘MeDiet’ creator, Mark Henderson, quickly plunged into a healthier lifestyle after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer. Not wanting to take the pharmaceutical route, Mark started creating cleanses, juices and meals from simple ingredients like fruit, nuts and veggies. After healing friends, neighbors and eventually himself from disease, the Hendersons’ main objective as a family turned into sharing the spiritual knowledge and growth so many others needed. Markie was working in fitness when her Dad came home with the shocking news that he had bought a restaurant for them to run. Although they had no experience in the area & grand opening fell on the first day of the Pandemic, the business is continuously thriving! Markie has taken full operational control of the café and can be seen daily either working the counter or catering events all through the Valley on one of their successful food trucks. The epic duo believe that through humility and hustle they will continue to find ways to heal humanity.
