Loopholes have been built in to the already moronic climate legislation targeted at the energy sector to allow them to not actually do anything that's in the plan. Which is how everything in government works, especially taxes or other legislation where those who are really in control get to manipulate the system.

And AOC and Ilhan Omar suck. That's not my opinion, there's actually a study showing just how ineffective they are as members of Congress!
