This week is episode four of my 2022 summer series of Fabulously Delicious. Gabriel Gaté is an Australian food icon and one of the best French chefs in the country. Born in France Gabriel grew up in a family of French foodies and then trained in some of the best restaurants in France and then moved to Australia with his wonderful Aussie wife. Gabriel became a television personality that entered the homes of many Australians bringing French food to their kitchens via their living rooms. Next week we are going to be talking about all things French markets.
