Perfect Imperfection is the topic today we discuss with the fabulous Karina Klaassen who after years in corporate has now founded Happibuzz dedicated to supporting individuals and companies flourish for the greater good through consultancy, trainings, and coaching. She will be sharing her story and many tips based on her studies, experience and expertise.

BIO
My name is Karina Klaassen and for more than 20 years I have worked for multinationals in various managerial roles. When I was in my thirties a lot of things happened, which eventually led to a burn out. I had extensive therapy at a rehabilitation centre, where I learnt to self-advocate my well-being. Since then, I have taken many courses in the area of personal development and happiness and learnt to take care of myself.

I am the founder of Happibuzz and am a Certified Happiness Officer, Happiness Coach, Breathwork facilitator and am taking a MBA in Organisational Happiness. I support others and companies to flourish for the greater good through consultancy, trainings, and coaching.
