Alexandra was born and bred in Germany, but her explorer personality guided her to live on three continents and five countries. Her life turned upside-down after a 3-month dance and drum sabbatical in West Africa in 2009. The wonder and adventure she experienced there made her trade her high-paying corporate career for a volunteering position in Southern Africa. Then she became a travel consultant in Nairobi and, finally, set up her own travel and nature coaching company, combining all her passions for travelling, Africa and nature into a purposeful life. Was it a smooth ride to get there? Nope! Navigating through her midlife crisis felt like sailing through choppy waters with all its highs and lows. The golden thread through her journey? Embracing transformation through personal growth with and in nature. Alexandra is a certified Nature Coach and Forest Bathing Guide offering transformational nature experiences & travel escapes. It’s all about disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of life and deeply connecting with your unique self and innermost dreams and desires, so your change of life is smooth sailing.
