Joyce Z. Wazirali is a leadership development and cultural change expert who lives in Eindhoven in the Netherlands and speaks Dutch and English.
Her mission is to contribute to Health, Happiness, and Peace in the world.
For 30+ years, she has specialized in successful leadership and cultural change. She is also an author, consultant, coach, trainer and speaker.
In 1988, at the age of 23, she became Director and co-founder of a successful company in business services which grew in 13 years to a company with 80 staff members. The clients and staff members were their greatest ambassadors. The ‘lens’ of Unity Conscious Leadership® was one of the success factors.
In her book ‘Unity Conscious Leadership™’, she reveals the secrets of successful leadership and cultural change and how individuals and organizations can use crises and adversity in life and business as opportunities for growth, by using the lens of Unity Conscious Leadership®.
Unity Conscious Leadership ® is a new paradigm of leadership on how to break old habits and patterns, transcend mutual differences, reveal hidden potential, and grow and thrive again.
