A deep and heavy topic today and one which in a way is taboo, but one we all have to do with in various degrees at various moments of our life , on this side of fifty usually more than ever and that is GRIEF. As you said : “It’s an incredibly painful journey and there are things we need to understand about grief and the subconscious processes around it that can make it a little easier.  To guide us  all the way from Brisbane Australia we have the remarkable Silke Herwald, Grief & Bereavement Specialist and creator of “Grief to Love” which was presented at the 2019 AHA world conference.

Silke Herwald is a highly experienced Master Hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner NLP, AHA Supervisor and accomplished presenter.
Silke presented her unique “Grief to Love” framework at the 2019 AHA world conference. She talks about grief in a light hearted yet deeply insightful way.
Over 12 years Silke has assisted hundreds of clients through grief and anxiety: Worldwide online, in person and with her “Grief to Love” seminars.
Three years ago Silke developed an even deeper understanding of grief. Her parents lost their oldest daughter, her brother-in-law his wife of 25 years and Silke her soul sister to cancer.
Silke had promised her to do whatever it takes so that one day everyone would be able to feel joy again. And so she did.
Then 2021 hit with a vengeance. First Silke’s gentle, loving clinic therapy dog died.
Only a couple of weeks later Silke completely unexpectedly lost her beloved dad; and her mum her best friend and husband.
Silke not only has the knowledge and skills to help people through grief, she also knows a little too well what grief feels like. She lives with her husband and her Border Collie on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
