By day she's a Human Resource professional for the federal government and off the clock, she's an Author who pursues her passions through writing and speaking. Shanice's blog PurposeFULLY Nicey is where she champions others to push past fear to pursue their passion. She co-leads the God's Design Marriage Ministry with her husband at their home church. Together they also founded the One Flesh Marriage Ministry and have successfully put on three marriage retreats.
