EYFPodcast- Exercise Your Faith and Remember to look after the Children with Paul Martin of For the Children

The word epidemic has been so over utilized given the circumstances of the past few years that we have a tendency to discount the real problems affecting our society. Here we are in the greatest country in the history of the world and yet we have 500,000 children in foster care. Many of these children have suffered such horrific abuse that would shock us to actually know the details. In the midst of this Family induced trauma there are many organizations big and small working to help the children and today we get to sit down with one of the best and brightest of these groups, For the Children and their CEO Paul Martin.

  FTC is a faith based organization that has pulled together the government and meshed them with volunteers throughout the United States and the world to do one thing, help the children. One of the ways they do this is through Royal Family for Kids, an opportunity for an abused foster child to literally go get normal in a safe summer camp environment. Another means of reaching kids is through their mentorship program which offers group and one on one mentoring from vetted volunteers.
