Sheriff Ron Bateman says his son is being held by Anne Arundel County police for an opiate issue. Flying Dog Brewery is putting its Frederick expansion on hold due to Maryland laws. Hate and bias incidents are on the rise in Maryland and Anne Arundel County. Health insurance rates may be going up again.
