009 - How To Life: House Conference 2022 Preview Special

In this episodes, Youthworks College Principal Mike Dicker chats with Al James (Youthworks MST), Emma Collett (Church Hill Anglican) and Lauren Dewhurst (Christ Church, St Ives) to discuss this year's upcoming House Conference papers on the Old Testament Wisdom Literature.
House Conference is a chance for youth and children's ministry worker to gather together, think deeply about biblical and theological topics and work at applying them together in the context of a community of peers. In 2022 Rev. Dr. Andrew Spalding is presenting "'Nothing New under the Sun’: Ecclesiastes as a Critique of the Postmodern Quest" and Rev. Dr. Tim Escott is presenting "The Path to Wisdom: Searching and Finding Order in Proverbs 2".
Mike, Al, Emma and Lauren had the chance to read through the papers before hand and talk through the about the key themes and applicatoion to ministry life.
