Ruth and her family are from Antwerp, Belgium, a country with blended language and culture. A self motivated achiever, Ruth loved learning from an early age, especially languages. She speaks Dutch, French, German, English, Italian, and Mandarin. Wow.
After graduating university, working for a major international company and having three children, Ruth branched out on her own as an entrepreneur consulting to a major diamond manufacturer. Life was beautiful...until her husband brought the news that they had an opportunity to move to Shanghai, China.
