Product:

Infrastructure:

The processes that move your product to the marketplace. Does everything run smoothly? Are there any pieces that don’t function as well as they could, or are holding you back? Streamlining this increases your profit and your work-life balance.

Conversation:

All your interactions with the customer, including verbal and non-verbal. Does your company’s appearance match the customer’s experience with your product? Or is there a disparity? This builds trust and a comfortable relationship between you and your customers.
