Elisa von Joeden-Forgey, Professor of Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Stockton University (USA) and Irene Victoria Massimino, Professor, High Criminal Court Rapporteur (Argentina) who are in Armenia taking part in the 3rd Global Forum Against the Crime of Genocide spoke about the importance of education and recognition in the prevention of genocides globally.
