Hey everyone!  I hope you are all well. In today's episode, exceptionally on a Wednesday, we chat about the current pandemic and what we can do to shift our focus and create a healthier mindset. Not only will this increase our emotional health, but it will help boost our immune system as well.  We will also be discussing what you DO NOT NEED TO DO during this time and how you can use this time for yourself and your loved ones.  As is customary on Wellbeing Wednesday, I will be giving you tips on how you can boost your immune system in other ways.
