Today we are joined by Margo Helman, a clinical social worker and therapist. Margo beautifully combines mindfulness in her therapeutic work and will take us through her teachings around mindful listening and calming conflict. She will also speak to us about practices we can uses in our lives to not only listen to the people in our lives, but how to develop mindful listening with ourselves. Margo will also talk us about the different forms of loss that exist, how to identify them, and what we can do about them. Lastly, margo talks about finding a balance between boundaries and mindful listening, for example, how to understand what is right for us and what is not, whilst practicing active listening of our own boundaries and those of others.
Happy listening!
