This week on the show we are going to being the introductory unpacking of grieving as it pertains to breaks up. We will be drawing parallels between family and romantic relationships, but focusing particularly to break-ups and heart breaks. This is also going to be quite an open conversation as I bring pieces of my own experiences into the episode. As this is the first part of a two-part episode, we are not necessary answering specific questions, but rather exploring the this kind of grief and some helpful mindful considerations to take with us.
