Today’s episode is about combining boundary setting and non-attachment practices.


It’s one thing to be able to set boundaries that help us heal, it’s another to actually take ourselves through the healing process.


Equally, it’s one thing to let go of something and not deal with it. It’s another to mindfully let go enough so that rather than denying, we allow ourselves the space to heal.


The only way out is through. Today we talk about these processes and how to make sure we tap into our power.


Letting go mindfully is power.
