Dubbed by some as "the nation's most haunted location" and by most as "one of the most haunted location's on Earth", Waverly Hills Sanatorium sits high on a hill in Louisville, Kentucky. As tuberculosis ravaged the area, this mammoth structure became home to patients and staff alike. A prognosis consisting of "the house on the hill" was surely a death sentence for most, and almost all knew the journey ended with a 154 steps down the death tunnel to an awaiting hearse below. Although the building has sat abandoned for some time, it is anything but empty. Shadows peek out and wave at you, full body apparitions are seen, and poltergeist activity is strong. As a "paranormal mecca", we stepped inside and had the MOST profound investigation to date.
