1970... the term "Serial Killer" is not in everyday language. However, in south Texas a grisly and ghastly tale begins, that would span 3 years, and claim the lives of 28 young men. Along with two accomplices, Elmer Wayne Henley and David Owen Brooks, Dean Corll sweetens his murderous spree by paying to have these two lure innocent victims to their deaths. Then, on a fateful night in August 1973, Corll's reign of terror dissolves in a bitter argument and ends with his lifeless body on the floor. 50 years later and the strong possibility that more victims are yet to be discovered grows stronger. Does the list end with 28?
