Well, this one was somber.
I start off the show recapping my experience speaking at the Houston Museum of African American Culture. Then, I rant about Nicki & Cardi throwing shoes, Serena going off on that umpire, Les Moonves and that Dallas cop who wandered into a dude's house and shot him. Later, I talk to Jay Wehnert, art collector, expert and author of the new book, Outsider Art in Texas: Lone Stars, about the unsung artists he often stumbles upon.
As for music, I play tunes from Mac Miller (RIP), Leon Thomas III and Ani DiFranco.
