First off, I talk about Stan Lee, Trump getting testy, the Lamar High School shooting and how I would like Karina Longworth to accept my apology. Later on, I speak to Amy Lynch Kolflat, a local real-estate dealer known for her love of anything zebra-print (yes, even Little Debbie Zebra Cakes). We talk about how she serves as a realtor, art-car enthusiast and, even, a therapist on occasion.

As for music, I play music from Jill Scott (of course!), Pink Sweat$ and Avery Wilson.
