Yeah, this was an enjoyably odd one.

I start off things ranting about old-ass filmmakers vs. the Marvel CInematic Universe, CVS drones dropping medication on unsuspecting old people and an '80s yacht-rock legend selling fake World Series tickets to cops. Later on, I talk to freelance journalist (and "street culture whisperer") Camilo Hannibal Smith about the freelancing game and writing about hip-hop in Houston. We also get into Shea Serrano getting Film Twitter angry, tacky comedies from the '80s and whether or not Menudo had a Saturday-morning cartoon show.

As for music, I play tunes by Anderson .Paak featuring Andre 3000, Hello Yello and Moonchild.
