She highlights how, "We focus on all the strategies, platforms, etc. but never focus on the humans behind it, and that's what is fascinating."

Carla's advice on anyone trying to get into Digital or make a career out of it, you have to commit some time to learn. With so many changes in the digital world keeping up with the changes can be hard, but a commitment to learning will help you get ahead.
