Andre was an 80kg half-marathoner but was striving for a more optimal lifestyle. Once he switched to a low carb diet his performance exploded into a world of marathons and ironman triathlons. As promised here is some carb examples: supper: 20g Tumeric Kraut, 120g Lamb, 50g sweet potato, Broccoli, pumpkin seeds, 50g Pumpkin, 1 finger butter, 1 cup silverbeet. Carbs: 0,0,13.5,9.4,1.5,2.5,0,7.6 respectively total: 49.6 grams
