What does it mean to be a young Black African in America?ย
Although born and bred in Kentucky, United Sates, DonNysha Mashindi is of Zimbabwe origin. 21 year old pre-medical student who minors in biology and political science. His father grew up in Pelindaba, Zaka, and his mother is a native Gutu, specifically Mpadawana, all located in the southeastern province of Zimbabwe. In this series of the EPS, DonNysha shares his experience as a young black African living in the United States and the challenges he faces with self-identity.ย
