About Eartha Pond She is a former Arsenal Chelsea, Everton, Charlton Athletic and Tottenham Hotspur player who won trophies including the FA Cup and Premier League and Championships in America. She is an Independent Non-Executive Director to The FA Womens Football Board (WFB) She is also a PE teacher who progressed into senior leadership positions within education, receiving accolades including Teacher of the Year, School of the Year & selected as 1 of the Top 50 Teachers in the World across 173 countries.
She is also a local councillor for the only community council in London to have one, a campaigner known for her outstanding work with charities such as helping to raise over 100,000 for her local community after the Grenfell Tower disaster and was named a ChangeMaker in the Evening Standards: Progress 1000
