Can you walk the talk? Do you lead by example? Are you able to look back on your actions and share your insights with your team?

You may think its risky to take a break, a time to step back to not only recharge but reinvent yourself. It’s important to check your ego at the door to ensure you’re being intentional when it comes to “your time off” and be able to empower those around you to not see rest as a bad value. As Alan Cohen once said, “there is virtue in work, and there is virtue in rest, use both and overlook neither”
