Have you been to a chiropractor before? Many people rely on Western medicine and prescriptions for their health but going to a chiropractor could ultimately lead to you feeling the best you ever have.

Joining me on this episode of Everyday Awesome is Jack Ricci, a Chiropractor, husband, father, cycling athlete, coach, mentor, blogger, and seeker of good times. While studying pre-med at UC Davis, Jack badly hurt his back a couple of times and Western medicine was unable to help. The drugs his doctors gave him made him sick and the physical therapy exercises they prescribed did not help. This experience led Jack to the field of chiropractic work and after graduating college, Jack went on to earn a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West in the San Francisco Bay Area.

We discuss Jack’s injuries that led to him believing in the power of chiropractors, the benefits he has found in all aspects of his life, and what his advice is for listeners to make sure they are healing themselves properly. Jack’s vision is a world full of healthy people who are free to live extraordinary lives and contribute in meaningful ways.

Tune in to Episode 9 to learn why Jack says being a chiropractor ‘chose him’, what his advice is for you to improve your health in all areas, and his daily practices.
