This week on Every Rom Com we’re wrapping up the Gen-X Rom Com Series with what might be director Kevin Smith’s greatest film - “Chasing Amy.” Serena and Jen are joined by Ed Cunard, co-host of the must-listen karaoke podcast, The Greatest Song Ever Sung (Poorly), who shares his knowledge of comic book culture and even breaks out into a bit of (not-poor) singing. And as usual we dive into the making of the film, discuss the cast and crew, and give our opinions on the movie’s portrayal of sexuality and relationships.

0:00-9:45 Introduction, Introducing Ed Cunard, co-host of The Greatest Song Ever Sung  Poorly

Information on Guest Host, Ed Cunard:

Co-host, editor and chief researcher for the podcast "The Greatest Song Ever Sung (Poorly)," Ed Cunard comes by his catholic knowledge of all things music honestly--he's oddly two degrees of separation away from a lot of old school musicians through his grandparents. The biggest gap in his musical education is how to actually make music that doesn't sound awful. When not singing in bars, he works as Director of Operations for a sales company, which almost makes sense with all those English degrees he's still paying for. He lives in the middle of nowhere with nine cats and two dogs.
